Alleged defects in the goods must be notified to the seller before the products are incorporated into any landscaping or construction.
We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges.
SA Landscape Supplies does not offer refunds on products unless there is a major fault or the goods cannot be replaced. Due to the nature of this industry and the laws that govern our business, once a product is removed from the yard, it is considered contaminated and cannot be returned. Please ensure you check your quantities and the product you require before placing an order.
Consumers are legally entitled to return goods* with proof of purchase and to receive a refund, exchange, or repair if the goods they purchased:
• Had a fault that the buyer could not have known about when purchased;
• Were not as described by the salesperson or advertisement.
*Returns or exchanges of goods are only permitted within 7 days of purchase.
Please retain proof of purchase, such as payment confirmation or a receipt.
The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment.
Stores may provide remedies in addition to the above at their discretion.
• Change their mind;
• Purchased cement products, quarry or landscaping products, mulch bags, or rocks;
• Realise they cannot afford the item;
• Find the item cheaper elsewhere; or
• Choose the wrong size, incorrect quantity, colour, or type.
• Provide details of the fault;
• Provide proof of purchase;
• Stop using the faulty goods until they can be returned; and
• Look after the goods until they are returned.
The seller may, at its absolute discretion, accept non-defective goods for return. In this case, the client will incur a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the returned goods, in addition to any freight costs.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, processed by our accounts office within 7 working days.
All deliveries must be paid for in full prior to departure or onsite before tipping. All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis. However, if you instruct us to cross onto your property, you agree that SA Landscape Supplies will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to residential, government, or utility services. No responsibility will be taken for goods delivered to unattended sites. Tip sites must be clearly defined. If a site is unattended, the driver may tip at the wrong location or alternatively bring the load back to the yard, in which case another delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.
Due to Workplace Health and Safety regulations, we cannot guarantee the delivery of two or more separate products without the potential for mixing or contamination. If you require products without mixing or contamination, please place separate orders for multiple deliveries.
